Terms & Conditions for Jewelry Collections
Return and Refunds
Any piece purchased from our collections can be returned within 30 days, provided there are no signs of wear. The credit card used for the transaction will be credited for the full amount of the item(s) returned, or store credit will be issued for an exchange. This does not include custom commissions (see below for Terms, Conditions & Warranty for Custom Jewelry). Please note, POPPYOR is not responsible for return shipping.
All pieces have a Lifetime Warranty. If there is a problem with your POPPYOR jewelry that is caused by a defect, please send it back for immediate repairs at no charge. Simply contact us and let us know what help it needs in order to “come back to life”. We only accept those items that are indeed a case of faulty fabrication. If there has been a misplaced earring, we will be happy send you a new earring (yes, just 1) at 50% of the current retail price. For other items, please email [email protected] and send a photo so we can determine if the damage can be resolved. Please note, customers are asked to pay for the incoming shipment, but to get your item back to you… it’s on us!
Shipping & Delivery
Each item is nicely wrapped in a white box tied with a silver, gold or red ribbon. If the item purchased is a gift, please contact us. You will need to provide the recipient’s mailing address, and if you would like to have a personalized message hand written in the note card; this services is provided at no additional cost.
• HOLIDAY UPDATE: All pieces are made by hand and most, on demand. Which means we need 4-10 days to process and fabricate the piece(s). If we have it in stock, we are able to ship it out that day (ordered). Curious about the processing, fabrication & shipping time? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know!
• Please allow 4-10 days for your order to be processed, depending on the item purchased. If the item is needed sooner, please contact us ([email protected]) and we’ll do our best to honor your requested timeline.
• All purchases from our collections include free 2-day USPS Priority (domestic) shipping. Currently we are also extending our complementary shipping services abroad! We ship USPS and it generally takes 10-14 days, depending on the country and time of year. If there is additional taxes or custom fees for international shipments, please note that POPPYOR is not responsible for these fees.
• If you need your item to be shipped to a different address than your billing address, please email us at [email protected] to let us know the invoice number and where we should send your order.
• Need something ASAP? Not a problem. We offer hand delivery in the DC area, and happy to send items same-day, overnight, or 2-day shipping. Please note that these services start at $25 and processing times may still apply.

Gift certificates are available, and can be used for jewelry from our collections, custom designs, or personalized commissions. To purchase a gift certificate, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know the amount for the gift certificate and what you would like on the note to the recipient. We will confirm your order via email, then you are welcome to send a check for the gift certificate amount, call us with your credit card information. Certificates will be placed in the mail with a personalized note as soon as your payment is processed.
